We believe strongly in the power of video. It is already transforming the internet and will definitely impact the recruitment world. We also believe in the power and creativity of our users to help us improve Bayt.com. While we have always relied on our users to help evolve our functionality, this is our second foray into harnessing the skills of our users in a formal sense.

There is no guarantee that your submission will lead to ongoing work with Bayt.com. We are screening talent and contracting the best. If your video is selected, you'll get the exposure and the work.

We use various professional agencies for different needs that we have at Bayt.com. That said, we are strong believers in the quality and abilities of our users and want to explore the wisdom of crowds associated with taking submissions for creative content for Bayt.com. Ultimately, we want our users to play an active role in shaping their Bayt.com and this is a great chance for users to help other users.

We feel pretty comfortable with our script. If you don't have any video or creative skills and can't find someone to help you with this, but do have some skills with a pen, then submit your script and we'll have a look. We can't guarantee that you'll win anything or even be considered, but we will try to match you with a friendly designer or producer who may offer to film it for you – instant team!

If you want your submission withdrawn then send us an email. Removing your entry makes you ineligible from the competition and must be done before the end of the competition.

The script is central to our need. If you think you can achieve our objective in another way then go we are happy to see your ideas. If you have another idea for us that is completely off-topic, then send us an email, we'd love to hear it.

Yes, however only one contract will be awarded to your team if you win.
